These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
Conditions of Use
Welcome to our online store. Peachy Vinyl Designs provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received and are processing your order. 

Delivery – 
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-4 working days.  Any items that may fall out of this time frame are detailed within the product description.  Maximum dispatch time is 28 days from date of order.  Estimated delivery days are 1-3 working days after dispatch for UK orders.  Up to 14 working days after dispatch for the Rest of the World. 

Europe Delivery Charges
•    Major cities in Europe should allow at least 5 working days for delivery once the order has been placed and confirmed as shipped.
•    We use Royal Mail International "signed for "and Royal Mail "parcel force" services for our overseas deliveries.
•    The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties payable within their own country.
•    The parcel will have full insurance and proof of posting.
•    Should the parcel require a signature on arrival. If you are not a home the postman should leave a card through the door to inform you. The parcel must be collected by a certain date, otherwise it is returned to us. 

Worldwide Delivery Charges (outside the EU)
•    For international orders, parcels generally take 7-9 working days, although it may take up to 14 days to arrive.
•    The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties payable within their own country.
•    If the parcel requires a signature on arrival and you are not a home the postman should leave a card through the door to inform you. The parcel must be collected by a certain date, otherwise it is returned to us.
If your item has not been delivered within 11 working days or the expected delivery date (UK ONLY), we will replace items lost in transition however we will not issue refunds for lost items. Items shipped to the Rest of the world are sent tracked and can be tracked using the information we provide you with on dispatch. We must allow up to 8 weeks for the item to arrive with you before we issue a replacement. All lost items will result in a claim being submitted to our delivery service provider. 

Returns Policy

Whilst we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase from Peachy Vinyl Designs, there may be a situation, where the item is no longer required or appropriate.  We ask that you do contact us before returning items, if you require an exchange, we can advise you of the postage costs for us sending replacement items.  Items are returned at your own expense.

Returned items must be unused, all labels and tags should remain attached, and the item returned with all the original packaging. Items can be return within 14 working days of receiving the item. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value. You the customer must pay the cost of returning the item.  On receipt of your return, we will send you an email to confirm that your debit/credit card/PayPal has been refunded. All refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving back the item for refund. 
All personalised items are not covered by the right to cancel.  Please check your order is correct as once placed, personalised orders cannot be cancelled. 
Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
